This website, luxuryevent.studio, is operated by Luxury Event Studios, LLC (Negril, Jamaica and Charleston, South Carolina) and hosts The Cliff Creator Residency at The Cliff Hotel & Spa, Negril, Jamaica.
When you apply to the residency, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, social media links, content specialty, and your application note. Our application form is processed by Keap, our customer relationship platform. Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies.
We also use Google signals, a Google Analytics feature that associates visit data with Google accounts of signed-in users who have consented to ads personalization. This gives us aggregated demographic and interest insights and supports audience features for potential future advertising. Google users can review and delete this data at any time via Google My Activity, and can opt out through their Google account Ads Settings.
We use application information to review candidates, communicate about the residency, and coordinate stays for selected creators. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. If you apply, we may contact you about future cohorts or related opportunities; you can opt out of these messages at any time.
We share applicant information with The Cliff Hotel & Spa as the host property of the residency, and with the service providers who help us run this site and process applications, including Keap and Google. We do not sell your personal information.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and conversions. You can limit this collection through your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
We keep application records for as long as needed to run the residency program and consider applicants for future cohorts. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to every reasonable request.
