The exchange is simple: a hosted stay, airport transfers from MBJ, a $100 per day food credit, and hosted events, in return for an agreed collection of original content with licensing terms settled before you arrive.

The strongest applications are invited as featured residents, with first choice of suites and featured placement on this site.
